According to The Sun, Liverpool want Harry Wilson to move to a club in the Premier League, and that will be bad news for Leeds United and Derby County, but encouraging for Aston Villa.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that Villa, Leeds and Derby all are interested in signing Wilson from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old winger spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Derby in the Championship from Premier League club Liverpool.

According to WhoScored, the Wales international made 40 starts and three substitute appearances in the Championship for the Rams this past season, scoring 16 goals and providing four assists in the process.

The Sun has claimed that Liverpool and Wilson want to move to a Premier League club on loan.

Villa, who are reported to have enquired about the 22-year-old, will play in the Premier League next season after clinching promotion from the Championship via the playoffs.

This will give Villa the advantage in the race for Wilson, as both Derby and Leeds will play in the Championship next season after failing to win promotion via the playoffs.
