Road gates to close Saturday in Cocodrie and Pointe-aux-Chenes

Gates closing off the lower section of highways in Cocodrie and Pointe aux-Chenes will close at 5 p.m. Saturday due to potential flooding from Tropical Storm Cristobal, the state Transportation Department says.
The road gates are on La. 56 in Cocodrie and La. 665 in Pointe-aux-Chenes.
