A woman was found confined in a room in Narela, New Delhi on Tuesday.
In North Delhi's Narela, inside a room in Pocket B4, the woman was alone and was found unconscious and in a bloodied condition.
The doctors suspect that the woman was raped. They also suspect that the woman was hit with something heavy on her head.
The condition of the woman is critical and she has been admitted to a hospital.
The woman was living with another man on rent for two months; the man is missing since the incident.
The 28-year-old woman was found alone in the room. The room was locked from the outside and there was no hustle and bustle coming from the room for the past three days.
When the landlord went to check, she found the woman unconscious and alone in the room.
The incident was soon reported to the police. The police reached the room in Narela's Pocket B4. They broke the lock and went inside the room.
They found that the woman was badly injured with bruises on her head and body. The police took the woman to Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital. Her condition is said to be critical and she has been unconscious for the last 12 hours.
The woman has been referred to a bigger hospital.
