Rajasthan: 14-year-old confined by mother, raped by stepfather for 3 months 

In a spine-chilling incident, a 14-year-old girl from Alwar in Rajasthan has alleged that she was raped for the past three months by her stepfather, in the presence of her own mother.

The victim, according to a report of Dainik Bhaskar, said that her mother was first married to a man who lived in a village in the Pataudi area, six years ago. However, two years after her first husband died, she fell in love and married accused Rajpal.

The victim alleged that her mother kept her hostage at home and let her stepfather rape her every day for the last three months.

Instead of saving her daughter from the torture, her mother stopped her from going outside and thrashed her if she ever spoke about the matter. The victim even said that her mother threatened to kill her if she ever told about the matter to anybody else.

The case came to light when the victim visited her aunt in Manesar and narrated her ordeal to her, and revealed how to her how her own mother kept her hostage to be violated by her stepfather.
