Uttar Pradesh: Journalist killed in Kushinagar

A 55-year-old journalist was murdered by unidentified miscreants by slitting his throat near Dubouli village in Uttar Pradesh, Kushinagar on Thursday morning, police said.
The victim, Radheyshyam Sharma, was associated with a local Hindi newspaper, police further said.
The incident took place when the assailants stopped the journalist, who was on his motorcycle, near Dubouli village in the morning and slit his throat, police added.

The elderly journalist was a resident of Siktiya Tola in Hata area of Kushinagar district.
According to police the victim also taught at a private school near his village.
Police are probing the matter and trying to ascertain the motive.
