By winning all 10 Lok Sabha seats, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has finally wiped out Congress party in Haryana.

Among the top losers in Haryana are former chief minister Bhupinder singh Hooda who lost to BJP's Ramesh Chander Kaushik in Sonipat, Kumari Selja of the Congress who was defeated by BJP's Rattan Lal Kataria, Haryana congress chief Dr Kuldeep Tanwar, Shruti Chaudhary and Deepinder singh Hooda (all Congress nominees).

Bhavya Bishnoi, grandson of Bhajan Lal, is the youngest Congress leader who finished third in Hisar.

Dushyant Chautala of Jannayak Janata Party, who was youngest MP in 2014, was defeated by Brijender Singh of the BJP, the only dynast and son of Union leader Birender Singh who managed to win the election.

The election results have also marked the end of dynastic politics in the state as six dynasts including Bhupinder Singh Hooda, his son Deepinder Singh Hooda, Ajay Chautala's son Dushyant Chautala, Digvijay Chautala, former Haryana chief minister Bansi Lal's daughter Shruti Chaudhary and Bhajan Lal's grandson Bhavya Bishnoi lost elections.

"Dynastic politics has ended in Haryana. Opposition parties were taking care of their personal interests than public interests. They have only one vision, to fill their pockets. People are fed up with the politics of collusion," Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said.

Besides dynasty politics, the 2019 Lok Sabha election results have also wiped out three regional political parties in Haryana including Loktantar Suraksha Party, formed by former BJP MP Raj Kumar Saini, Indian Natiional Lok Dal and Jannayak Janata Party, formed after INLD split.

Reacting to the election results, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said that no trust in EVM machines is the illusion from where the opposition should come out. Manohar Lal Khattar said that the opposition was unnecessarily suspecting the EVMs and some even pitched tents outside the strong rooms.

Manohar Lal Khattar said that the failure to understand nationalism cost dear to the Congress. Manohar Lal Khattar said that the grand old party lost common man's trust after it questioned the Pulwama terror attack.

"UPA did not understand nationalism. The BJP's prime motive is nationalism. UPA lost people's faith after it started questioning the Pulwama terror attack," Manohar Lal Khattar said.
