At the end of every dark cloud, there is a silver lining and at the beginning of every political rally, there is a dance of democracy.

Only this time, the dance was performed by Congress president Rahul Gandhi. Because when in Jharkhand, even politicos do as Jharkhandis do.

The Gandhi scion has been firing salvos at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the run up to the general election -- from every location in the nation.

So, when his election cavalcade took to Jharkhand's Ranchi on Saturday, he danced his way to people's hearts by grooving to folk music.

From what we hear, the locals, who were performing the traditional folk dance of the region before Rahul Gandhi, requested him to join. And he gave in.

And from what we see, he was quite good at the hook step.

Those were some moves!

On the political ground too, Rahul Gandhi has been tapping feet to criticising tunes.

Later, at a rally in Ranchi, Rahul said PM Modi had stolen Rs 30,000 crore from the Indian Air Force (IAF).

Rahul Gandhi alleged there was "corruption" in the Rafale deal and Rs 30,000 crore had been wrongfully given to Anil Ambani.

"Vaayu Sena desh ki raksha karti hain aur humaare pradhan mantri usey chori kartey hain [The IAF defends our country, but the prime minister has snatched money from the force]," he said.
