Cyclone Pabuk inches closer to Andaman Islands, Orange alert issued

A cyclonic storm, named Pabuk, is expected to make landfall on the Andaman islands by tonight, the weather office said.
The India Meterological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for the islands. It said that as of 8.30 am on Sunday, the storm was located 310 km east-southeast of Port Blair, the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar islands.
