If you love listening to old songs, this particular video that we found on social media will surely delight you. A Guwahati resident has shared a short clip of a food delivery boy singing a melodious old track on Facebook and the internet is impressed.

Anirban Chakraborty ordered food from Zomato earlier this week and found out from the delivery boy's profile on the app that he aspires to be a singer. So, after Pranjit Haloi rang the doorbell with the food, Anirban requested him to sing. And Pranjit's rendition of Gori Tera Gaon Bada Pyara from the 1976 film Chitchor is so soulful that Anirban recorded and posted the video on Facebook.

And we are so glad that he did.

"Presenting Pranjit Haloi (Zomato delivery boy who delivered food today at my doorstep).... I saw in the app that "he wishes to become a singer someday ". I planned and requested him to sing a song. He is so good that I made this video...I request everyone to watch and help to fulfil his dreams," an excerpt from Anirban's caption read.

We are listening to Pranjit's song on loop. What about you?

Anirban's post of Pranjit's song has gone viral, quite obviously, with around 9,400 likes and over 7,400 shares. Netizens are floored and praised Pranjit in the comments section. "He really has a great voice," a user said while another added, "Beautiful. God bless him."
