Boyz II Men, Air Supply added to Indiana State Fair concert lineup

One of the biggest R&B acts of the 1990s and a popular 1980s pop duo highlight the second batch of concert announcements for the 2019 Indiana State Fair.

Boyz II Men will perform Aug. 14 at the fair’s Free Stage, where admission is included with fair tickets purchased for $13 (or $9 in advance).

Air Supply, known for hits such as "All Out of Love" and "Making Love Out of Nothing At All," will perform Aug. 5.

Fair officials also unveiled today Free Stage performances by rock band Switchfoot, country singer David Nail and ’80s-focused party band Sixteen Candles.

The Indiana State Fair is scheduled Aug. 2-18, and additional concerts will be announced next week. For more information, visit indianastatefair.com.

>> Aug. 2: Ace Frehley, a 2014 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee as a member of Kiss.

>> Aug. 4: Chase Rice, the "Eyes on You" singer who previously played the Indiana State Fair in 2014.

>> Aug. 5: Air Supply, the Australian duo founded by Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell in 1975.

>> Aug. 7: Switchfoot, a band that will spend part of its summer as Bon Jovi's supporting act on a European stadium tour.

>> Aug. 9: "Pop 2000 Tour," featuring 'N Sync member Lance Bass, O-Town, Aaron Carter, Ryan Cabrera and Tyler Hilton.

>> Aug. 10: David Nail, who reached No. 1 on Billboard magazine's country chart with 2011 single "Let It Rain."

>> Aug. 13: Sixteen Candles, a Chicago band that covers hit songs from the 1980s.

>> Aug. 14: Boyz II Men, a four-time Grammy Award-winning act that topped Billboard's Hot 100 chart with five different singles.

>> Aug. 15: Melissa Etheridge, singer-songwriter known for hit singles "Come to My Window," "Like the Way I Do" and "I'm the Only One."

>> Aug. 16: Everclear, a grunge-era trio that landed "Santa Monica" and four more songs in the Top 5 of Billboard's alternative chart.

>> Aug. 18: Gospel Music Festival, headlined by four-time Grammy-winning duo Mary Mary.
