Indianapolis crime: 18-year-old found dead in north-side home

Indianapolis police homicide detectives are investigating the death of an 18-year-old man found in a north-side home Monday.

Marion County Community Corrections requested a welfare check that led officers to the man's body about 9:30 a.m. in a home in the 3200 block of North Ruckle Street, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Michael Hewitt said in a news release.

The man's name was not released. Police did not say what they believe caused the man's death.
