Victor Oladipo on the mic: 'Sit down, girlfriend'

Victor Oladipo, color commentator? 

The Indiana Pacers star who is still working his way back from a right quad injury joined Fox Sports Indiana announcers Chris Denari and Quinn Buckner in the first half of the season opener Wednesday against the Detroit Pistons. 

Oladipo discussed mixing with his new teammates and "The Masked Singer." He  also helped a Myles Turner 3-pointer drop in. 

As the shot bounced on the rim, Oladipo gave it a, "Sit down, girlfriend." 

The ball obliged. 

Oladipo claims he has never watched "The Masked Singer," the Fox reality show in which a panel tries to identify someone who is singing in a costume. A lot of viewers believe the Thingamajig character is Oladipo. 

Despite his denial, Oladipo acknowledges: "The guy sounds pretty good, though."
