FARGO — The sixth annual Fargo Food Truck Festival is at the North Dakota Horse Park from Friday until Sunday night, Aug. 18.
Twenty food vendor trucks are at the festival to participate in this year's theme: more flavor - more fun.
Each day, vendors will present a new specialty dish or flavor of their most popular items. Some dishes include the mac-n-cheesesteak and Czechwagon's Norwegian dumplings.
Organizers said people come for more than just the food.
Triple Ax in Fargo set up Friday to give people the opportunity to test their skills in ax throwing.

Other events include eating contests each of the three days.
The highlight event of the weekend is the corgi dog races, set for Saturday at 1 p.m. on the horse track.
Gates are open from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. all weekend.
