FARGO — Henry Aiken said he will argue new, never seen before footage will clear him of pointing a gun at officers.
Although, Aiken said he did fire his weapon at the hotel.
During an interview held at the Cass County jail, Henry Aiken rattled off legal terms and showed court documents.
"This is the paperwork that I had for you, but they won't let me give to you," Aiken said.

"It doesn't show what they say it shows, because if it did, you wouldn't be here," Aiken explained. "Show me the footage that shows it was in the officer's direction or on the officer's body and I'll plead guilty."
Though admitting he was under the influence that early morning, Aiken said he has a sound memory of the night.
"I full knowledge of what took place, all the way up into that and thereafter," Aiken said. "Because if I didn't, I would not be so certain about not making the shot, I know exactly what happened and exactly what took place."
Aiken does take responsibility for firing his gun into the Radisson Hotel lobby and entering the hotel in downtown Fargo.
"I was wrong and I apologize for that," Aiken said.
Aiken, in 2015, was also charged with walking into a Williston nursing home with a loaded gun and threatening employees.
Aiken confirms he is on his way to a mental health evaluation during the next several days. Even though the shootings happened in November, he has yet to enter a plea, which could come in early July.
