FARGO — Interstate 29 is now open from the Canadian border to the South Dakota border. In addition, I-29 has reopened in South Dakota as well.
Interstate 94 from Fargo to Jamestown opened this morning, as well as ND Highway 13 from I-29 to Wahpeton.
