Metro Bank is to open its first branch in Wolverhampton after agreeing a deal with Hortons' Estate.
The high street chain has taken a 25-year lease on 6 and 7 Dudley Street and 1 Queen Street.
Steven Tommy, of Hortons’ Estate, said: "We’re pleased to have secured the letting to Metro Bank in Wolverhampton.
"Despite being a relative newcomer to the High Street banking sector, it has already established a strong reputation and loyal customer base and I’m sure its new store in the city centre will be very much welcomed."
Metro Bank opened its first branch in the UK in 2010 and now has more than 60 nationwide.
Wright Silverwood advised Hortons’ on the transaction.
