Eversheds Sutherland has continued the expansion of its corporate team by appointing a new Manchester head.
Partner Michael Birchall will join the legal practice from Addleshaw Goddard later this year.
Richard Moulton, partner and co-head of the global corporate and M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland, praised his "excellent reputation" within the market and added that he would bring a "huge wealth of knowledge and experience with him".
