A coffee shop in the Kent town of Tenterden has been sold to first-time operators.
The sale of HunnyBeez Coffee Shop and Tea Room was overseen by business property adviser Christie & Co.
The coffee shop features a 28 cover, open plan trade area and a patio garden to the front of the property for 26 covers.
Former owners Scott Bignell and Tracy Newman are leaving the sector after six years at the helm.
The coffee shop was sold to first-time buyers in the hospitality sector, with them having just sold their business in another sector.
