A 4.3-acre residential plot in Cross Hands has been sold.
The site has permission for 69 homes and is part of a wider scheme brought forward by joint vendors Carmarthenshire County Council and George LB, who were represented by Fletcher Morgan.
The site was acquired by Pobl Group, who was represented by Elev8 Land & Property Limited.
A statement from Fletcher Morgan read: "Acting on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council and George LB Ltd, Fletcher Morgan have sold Plot 2B at Heol-y-Parc Cross Hands to the Pobl Group.
"The site extends to 4.3 acres with planning permission for 69 new homes and forms part of a £90m, 50 acre development brought forward by Carmarthenshire County Council and George LB.
"Approximately 143 new homes have already been built by Persimmon Plc in addition to a new 90,000 sqft destination retail scheme constructed by The Conygar Investment Company PLC.
"Alongside other leading brands like B&M Retail, Costa Coffee, Jenkins Bakery and The Food Warehouse, Conygar have recently secured Lidl for a new foodstore which is due to open later this year."
