Realty company purchases office building in Jacksonville's Deerwood Center

A Jacksonville-based realty company has purchased an office building within the Deerwood Center business park.
Padgett Premiere Property I, LLC acquired the property for $2,857,143, according NAI Hallmark, which brokered the deal.
The two-story, 49,338-square-foot building is at 7595 Baymeadows Way and overlooks a lake within the business park.
“We continue to experience strong investor and user demand for office buildings throughout Jacksonville, especially in the Butler/Baymeadows submarket,” said Daniel Burkhardt, vice president of NAI Hallmark.
