The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Council has decided to open a representative office in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh for the institute. The institute which has partnered in the nation-building process has always taken the initiative to collaborated with the different initiatives of the central government to become a part of the development of the newly formed union territories.
The office of the Institute of Chartered Accountants will act as a facilitation centre in order to spread awareness about the chartered accountancy programme as a tool for the social empowerment and provide the necessary professional employment opportunities for the youth in the union territories.
With an office in Srinagar, the Chartered Accountancy programme which is considered t be one among the most economical courses will be offered to interested students which will empower them through skill development and also adorn them to be a part of the mainstream economy.
With an office in Srinagar, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will be able to provide knowledge in the field of accountancy, corporate governance and also facilitate services to the members, students and others in the union territory.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India yesterday released the ICAI IPCC and ICMAI results for the CMA Foundation, intermediate, and final for the May and June examinations. Candidates who have appeared for the different examinations can visit the official websites to check the different results.
