Registration opens Nov. 1 for artists to enter their faith-based work in a juried show that is part of an event to be held in Bismarck March 27-29, 2020.
Marking its 13th year, the Artists Celebrating Christ Art Show has grown each year and includes juried visual and liturgical art, student art and classes, workshops, demonstrations and vendors as well as performing artists, an artist reception and a silent auction.
Shannon Wirrenga, one of the founders of the event, says fellowship among Christian artists has been a big part of its success.
“Many have expressed relief in finding a venue for those art pieces,” Wirrenga said. “We get many entries shipped from out of state as well as local artists. Some artists travel from as far as Nebraska because it feels like a retreat for them.”
All ages are welcome to attend.
