Cumberland Elementary School closes due to water main break

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.— Cumberland Elementary School closed on Thursday, dismissing students after 12:30 p.m. due to a water main break.

Amber Targgart, principal of Cumberland Elementary, said the school is bussing students home and parents have been spoken to regarding the dismissal of students.

Targgart said school will operate as usual on Friday and no delays are anticipated.
