Oct. 13, Potawatomi Hotel and Casino

This one-day development conference, previously called MKE DOT NET, has expanded to be a true polyglot.

The keynote speaker, Cory House, will share insights on what technologies developers should learn next. It's the first event of the conference, so maybe wait to make a plan of attack until after hearing his advice.

Meet the Meetups II

Oct. 23, Venue 42

The idea was simple — bring together the area's technology meetup groups for one huge gathering. The first Meet the Meetups this spring sold out, and more than 500 people attended the event.

David Pine speaks at the first Meet the Meetups event last spring, which attracted around 500 people.

Meet the Meetups II will once again convene more than 30 technology meetups from southeastern Wisconsin. The night will be filled with technical talks from the meetup community and demonstrations from local companies. Admission is free.
