La Crosse: Oktoberfest USA. It’s time for polka, pretzels and a round of bier with hundreds of your closest friends in Wisconsin from Sept. 27-30. Oktoberfest takes place on two festival grounds with shuttle service between them. See oktoberfestusa.com

Warrens: Cranberry Festival. Walk into the bog, eat a cranberry cream puff or shop the local arts and crafts and farmers markets Sept. 28-30. Marsh Tours are offered only on Friday and Saturday of the festival and sell out quickly, so purchase your ticket early in the day. See cranfest.com

Fontana: Geneva Lakes Antique and Classic Boat Show. Vintage wooden boats are back on the water and on display at the Abbey Resort from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 29 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 30. Door County: Wearable Arts Show. Meet the artists ready to clothe you in one-of-a kind apparel, accessories and jewelry from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 29 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 30 in the Sister Bay Village Hall. Janesville: Skelly’s Corn Mazes. Fall on the farm requires a visit to two corn mazes that stretch over 15 acres of stalks and are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Oct. 31. You will receive a map of the maze, or use your smartphone as a GPS, and play maze games on your phone. Maze entrances close at 5 p.m. See skellysfarmmarket.com
