Assault

• At 8:44 p.m. on Thursday, 40-year-old Melody Beierly was arrested for assault and a JPD warrant on the 200 block of Marine Way and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 2:18 p.m. on Friday, a 76-year-old woman reported an assault.

• At 10:37 p.m. on Friday, 50-year-old Christopher John Hope was arrested for assault on the 1200 block of Ninth Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 12:12 p.m. on Saturday, a 34-year-old woman reported she was assaulted by a 48-year-old woman on Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 11:04 p.m. on Saturday, a 22-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Conditions violation

• At 9:17 a.m. on Friday, a 49-year-old woman reported a 61-year-old man violated a protective order.

Disorderly conduct

• At 3:47 p.m. on Friday, 32-year-old Lloyd Lewin was cited and released for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief on the 9100 block of Glacier Highway.

Domestic dispute

• At 10:31 a.m. on Saturday, a 31-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence- criminal mischief and unlawful contact and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Drunken driving

• At 2:24 p.m. on Thursday, 38-year-old Joshua Claeys was cited and released for dr with a breath-alcohol level of .206 on the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 7:06 p.m. on Thursday, 61-year-old Mark Ronald Anderson was arrested for felony driving under the influence on the 2300 block of Old Lawson Creek Road and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 1:58 a.m. on Saturday, 20-year-old Keanu Dante Wilson was arrested for driving under the influence on the 100 block of Savikko Road and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Harassment

• At 11 a.m. on Sunday, a 26-year-old man reported harassment.

Misconduct involving weapons

• At 11:35 a.m. on Saturday, 35-year-old David Anthony Whisenant was arrested for misconduct involving weapons on the 3700 block of Julep Street and taken to LCCC.

Motor vehicle crash (injury)

• At 12:55 a.m. on Saturday, there was a vehicle crash on the 300 block of Sixth Street. One person was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for injuries.

Suspicious activity

• At 10:12 a.m. on Sunday, a 68-year-old woman reported suspicious activity on the 800 block of 12th Street.

Theft

• At 9:49 a.m. on Friday, a 61-year-old man reported items stolen from his residence on the 5000 block of Douglas Highway.

• At 6:36 p.m. on Saturday, a 34-year-old woman reported the theft of a blue mountain bike on the 2500 block of Meadow Lane.

• At 7:35 a.m. on Sunday, a 47-year-old man reported the theft of mail from his mailbox on the 7100 block of Egan Drive.

• At 11:39 a.m. on Sunday, a 23-year-old man reported the theft of items from a vehicle.

Traffic stop

• At 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, 33-year-old Andrew James Malidore was cited and released for driving with license revoked and speeding on the 5400 block of Egan Drive.

• At 10:32 a.m. on Saturday, 44-year-old David Ray Haynes was cited and released for driving without a proper license and violating conditions of release on the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 1:02 p.m. on Saturday, 54-year-old Donna Mae Murphy was cited and released for driving without a license on the 5100 block of Glacier Highway and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.

• At 9:22 p.m. on Saturday, 35-year-old Henry Keith Johnson was arrested for driving with a revoked license on the 3300 block of Douglas Highway and taken to LCCC.

• At 3:18 a.m. on Sunday, 39-year-old Dirk Suson Daugherty was cited and released for driving with a suspended license on the 7100 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

• At 6:33 a.m. on Friday, 34-year-old Jeffrey Charles Garrison was arrested for one count of larceny and two counts of violating conditions of release on the 5200 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

• At 12:21 p.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Jared Paul Fortin was cited and released for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard.

• At 12:28 p.m. on Friday, a 57-year-old man reported a 51-year-old man trespassing at a local business on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, 58-year-old Priscilla Nancy Brown was cited and released for criminal trespassing on the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

• At 9:25 p.m. on Friday, 59-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested on a JPD warrant on the 100 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.

• At 12:02 a.m. on Sunday, 45-year-old Marie Lynn McDaniel was arrested on a JPD warrant and additionally charged with criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 11800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.
