WBRZ is reporting that police believe a doctor from Baton Rouge killed her two children before killing herself in an apparent murder-suicide.
Marsha Edwards and her two children, 22-year-old Christopher Edwards and 20-year-old Erin Edwards were found in Edwards' townhome just outside Atlanta on Wednesday evening.
WBRZ says that Edwards' ex-husband and father of the two victims is Christopher Edwards, a prominent surgeon from Atlanta.
All three victims appear to have died from gunshot wounds; investigators believe Edwrads shot her children before shooting herself.
The investigation is ongoing.
