2 arrested in connection to deadly shooting in Sacramento apartment
Two people were arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that happened at a north Sacramento apartment complex in early August.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department said it received a call about 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 4 concerning a shooting in the 1100 block of Howe Avenue, where there is a large apartment complex.
When authorities arrived at the complex, they found Trevor Solari, 27, in an apartmentwith a gunshot wound to his upper body. Sacramento Metro Fire personnel declared him dead at the scene.
Sacramento County homicide detectives arrested Maurice Vale, 44, of Sacramento on Thursday on charges including murder, robbery and a violation of his parole, the Sheriff's Department said in a news release.
Dectectives arrested Richard Wallace-Dargan, 30, of Citrus Heights on Friday. He's face charges of accessory to murder and home invasion robbery, the Sheriff's Department said.
Both Vale and Wallace-Dargan are currently in custody at the Sacramento County Main Jail where they are being held without bail.
