A motorcyclist was killed Friday evening in a crash involving two other vehicles, Sacramento police said.The crash happened before 5:30 p.m. on northbound Howe Avenue near the American River during the evening commute.Police said the motorcycle and the vehicles were all going northbound on Howe Avenue when the crash happened. The cause of the crash is unknown.Northbound Howe Avenue at Folsom Boulevard was closed for some time as officers investigated. The eastbound and westbound Howe Avenue offramps from Highway 50 were also closed.
