GIVING WOMEN WHO HAVE OVERCOME TRAUMA A SECOND CHANCE AT SMILING. FREE DENTAL WORK WAS GIVEN TO WOMEN WHO HAVE SURVIVED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, HOMELESSNESS, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND SEX TRAFFCKING. THE WOMEN ARE BEING HELPED BY THE NON-PROFIT WEAVE. TO GET BACK ON THEIR FEET. TODAY LOCAL DENTISTS. OFFERED THEIR TIME AND TALENTS TO PROVIDE MUCH NEEDED ORAL CARE. SOME WOMEN HAVE GONE WITHOUT A TOOK UP FOR YEARS. SERVICES TODAY INCLUDED EVERYTHING FROM CLEANINGS TO CROWNS. WHITENING AND EVEN IMPLANTS. >> TO SEE SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED SO HARD TO REBUILD. Survivors of domestic violence get free dental treatment in Sacramento
Free dental work was given to women who have survived domestic violence, homelessness, sexual assault and sex trafficking.On Friday, local dentists offered their time and talents to provide much needed oral care to the women. Services provided included everything from cleaning to crowns to whitening to implants. The women were helped by the nonprofit Weave.Get the full story in the video above.
