People gathered in Washington, Iowa for peaceful protest

WASHINGTON, Iowa (KCRG) - People in Washington, Iowa gathered peacefully last night to protest the death of George Floyd.
The Washington Police Chief says they gathered around 7 p.m. and were there until about 9:30 p.m.
The group of roughly 40 marched to the town square, city hall and courthouse.
They chanted things like ‘stand with us’ and ‘for Floyd.’
