A new store specializing in protein shakes, supplements and teas will soon open in Sioux Falls. 

Wave Nutrition will be located near the intersection of 26th Street and Sycamore Avenue at 4525 E. 26th Street. 

Part owner David Hasvold says it will open around the end of next month. 

Worldwide the protein supplement market is expected to reach more than $21 billion by 2025. 

“You’ll find around 15 stores in Fargo now, and we’ll be the third protein shake store in Sioux Falls,” Hasvold said.

Hasvold says the business will offer around 30 different shakes.
