These are Kent Police’s ten most wanted men and women.
Officers are looking to find the whereabouts of the individuals in relation to a number of reported crimes, from sexual offences to blackmail and theft to serious assault.
This month (March) has seen four new additions to the list, Raz Mohammed, Kieron Goble, Harry Cadwallader and Chloe Downey.
If you know information about where any of these people may be, police are asking you to call 101, quoting 'Most Wanted' and the relevant warrant reference number.
Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers in Kent anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Raz Mohammed is wanted in connection with a sexual offence in Ramsgate.
Kieron Goble

Warrant reference number: 46/YY/14931/15
Kieron Goble is wanted in connection with a blackmail in the Maidstone area for failing to appear at court.
Harry Cadwallader

Warrant reference number: 46/YY/39082/18
Harry Cadwallader, aged 22, is wanted in connection with a serious assault in Maidstone.
Chloe Downey

Warrant reference number: 46/28412/19
Chloe Downey, aged 19, is wanted in is wanted in connection with a series of thefts from elderly and vulnerable victims in Gillingham .
Malcolm Shipley
Date added to most wanted list: February 14, 2019
Warrant reference number: 46/10588/19
Malcolm Shipley, aged 44, is wanted in connection with offences of robbery and assault in Medway .
Yasser Abdelkader
Date added to most wanted list: January 25, 2019
Warrant reference number: 46/FZ/7592/98
Yasser Abdelkader is wanted in connection with a serious assault in Canterbury which took place in 1998.
Philip Young
Date added to most wanted list: January 19, 2019
Warrant reference number: 46/ZY/51292/18
Philip Young is wanted for failing to appear at Canterbury Crown Court for sentence following a conviction related to fraud.

Hamed Ben-Eidan, aged 46, is wanted in connection with a non-recent indecent assault in the Folkestone area, which happened in 1999.
Constantin Stan

Warrant reference number: ZY/11203/18
Constantin Stan, aged 21, is wanted in connection with a serious assault in Margate.
