Lincoln police search for individuals involved in attempted kidnapping Thursday
Lincoln police responded to a report of an attempted kidnapping Thursday evening. The female victim said she was walking in the 6100 block of Adams Street just after 7 p.m. when a vehicle approached her. The victim believes the vehicle had two men inside.She said she heard the driver tell the passenger to get out and get her, and an individual got out of the car.The victim ran. Officers searched for surveillance videos from nearby residences and businesses, conducted a neighbor canvas and interviewed nearby residents. Police are still investigating the incident.
