An Omaha police cruiser was rear-ended while the officer waited at a stoplight late Tuesday night, investigators said.It happened in the eastbound lanes of Fort Street at the 90th Street intersection. The impact broke the bumper of the cruiser and crumpled the hood of the second vehicle. No one was injured, police said. They added the driver would likely be ticketed for the offense.
