A Wichita man who was fatally shot Saturday evening is identified as 35-year-old Justin Green.
Police say there was a family party in a parking lot at 17th and Grove when several people started shooting. Officers were called to the area around 6:40 and found Green dead at the scene.
A 25-year-old man showed up at a hospital later with gunshot wounds and was treated for his injuries. Police met with a 22-year-old man Monday morning who had multiple gunshot wounds and ended up going to a hospital.
Police report there were gang members involved in this shooting but Green is not believed to be one. The people involved in the shooting are not believed to be related to the people who had gathered at the party.
