A Bismarck man is accused of pointing a gun at another man during an argument on Sunday.

Bismarck Police say 32-year-old Dontavis Johnson is charged with terrorizing in connection to an incident near 9th street.

The affidavit says Johnson is accused of banging on one of the victims house doors and trying to get in. The victim told police he opened the door and they spoke about a car and Johnson pulled out a handgun.

Police say Johnson left and went to another unit where three other people were and got in an argument with them over a car. One of the victims told police Johnson had something in his front pocket. Another victim says Johnson kept his right thumb in his pocket.

A judge set his bond at $7,500 in cash and no contact with the victims.
