Bismarck's Call for Projects

Bismarck staff and commissioners announced a new program Friday afternoon.

The Call for Projects. It's come about as a result of the city's new strategic plan. Commissioners plan on opening up the program once or twice a year going forward.

They ask for residents to submit ideas for projects and ideas that the city can take on. They say people are welcome to give any size idea.

Submissions will go through a review and scoring process, and some could be funded by the city.

The deadline is May 31. You can go to bismarcknd.gov to find out more and send ideas.
