Huntington Plaza Coming to North Bismarck

North Bismarck continues to expand as another shopping plaza makes its way to the area.

Last month, the city of Bismarck approved the project for a new retail, food, and commercial business location.

Developer, Hunt Boustead with Huntington Homes, is planning to transform this piece of land into a space for local businesses. He says he hopes to provide more, convenient services to North Bismarck.

Boustead says the site, located in north Bismarck between State Street and Ottawa Street, will become a consumer hub for locals.

Workers are preparing to begin the first phase of construction this week.

When complete, the 8,900 square foot structure will be broken down into:

3,200 square feet of retail, 4,400 square feet of office or medical space, and 1,300 square feet of food services.

As of now, Boustead says he's received interest from multiple parties to lease in this location. He plans to be done with construction and have businesses move in near October of 2019.
