A Bismarck woman, accused of fleeing from Ward County deputies in June and arrested in August, will not get a bond.

Twenty-nine-year-old Stevirae Gross appeared before a judge on Friday for failure to appear in September.

Prosecutors say Gross fled from deputies in a pickup truck where she drove into oncoming traffic before crashing into a parked vehicle and running from officers.

A tip from the public led authorities to locate Gross hiding in the attic of a southeast Minot home in August.

Gross is charged with reckless endangerment, fleeing a police officer, false information to law enforcement and driving under suspension.

A preliminary hearing it set for November 4.
