Kessel Run Condos Coming to Bismarck in 2019

If you're in the market for a new place to live, there will soon be a new option for you near the heart of Bismarck.

A project, located just north of Downtown Bismarck will soon become a four unit condo.

Construction is underway at the southwest corner of North 3rd Street and East Avenue D.

Foundation walls are being poured as the start of the soon-to-be Kessel Run condos.

Realtor Mike Bohrer says the building will be about 4,000 square feet divided into four separate condos.

Amenities will include finished concrete floors, hard surface countertops, modern cabinets, recessed lights, natural wood accents, walk-in closets, and a staircase leading up to a loft.

At 484 square feet, the first floor will feature an open concept kitchen and living room, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility closet with room for storage. A wood accent wall will divide the living space from the entry area that will open to a front porch.

At 516 square feet, the second floor will feature a master bedroom including a full bath and double vanity.

An open concept office will also be located on the second floor.

At 125 square feet, the third floor loft includes a vaulted, seven foot ceiling.

The project is set to be complete later in 2019.
