Man charged with touching boy, 5, sexually in Bismarck
UPDATE: Bismarck Public School officials confirm the man charged with touching a minor inappropriately was a custodian at an elementary school in the district.
In a statement sent to parents Tuesday, district representatives say the Centennial Elementary school custodian was immediately removed from the school once they were made aware of the charges, for the safety and well-being of students.
The school district says the victim is not a Centennial student.
ORIGINAL STORY 11/30: Bismarck police arrested and charged a man for touching a young boy inappropriately.
The affidavit says 63-year-old Blake Graff touched a 5-year-old boy sexually.
Police interviewed Graff more than once, most recently on Friday. Officers say Graff’s story shifted from their last conversation in September.
The affidavit says that Graff engaged in sexual contact with the minor sometime between 2016 and now.
Graff is charged with gross sexual imposition. A judge set his bond to $20,000 in cash and no unsupervised contact with minors.
