Miss West Fargo Haley Wolfe crowned Miss North Dakota 2019

There is a new Miss North Dakota.
Miss West Fargo Haley Wolfe was crowned Miss North Dakota 2019 Saturday night in Williston.
She took over the crown from Katie Olson, Miss North Dakota 2018.
She will compete in the Miss America competition September 8. Her platform is suicide prevention.
Twenty contestants from across the state competed in this year's Miss North Dakota Scholarship Competition, which was emceed by former Miss America and Miss North Dakota Cara Mund.
