Missouri River Festival at the Bismarck Event Center

The warm weather this weekend also encouraged families to go outside and enjoy the Missouri River Festival at the Bismarck Event Center.
Several thousand came through the ticket gates continuing a family tradition. For one Bismarck woman, she's worked at the festival for the past 20 years and say's the carnival shaped into the person she is today.
"The discipline, the discipline was good, cause I wanted to be discipline, and I wanted to be grounded and I wanted to show my worth and I got it," said Lianne Weltz, Gatekeeper.
The fun continues through Sunday, June 9th.
