Invest Core has plans to bring three new developments to Bismarck.

Invest Core is currently working on three different development projects the biggest of which involves both residential and commercial properties and is estimated to be done near the year 2050.

Invest Core's Silver Ranch Subdivision will be something this area has never seen before. That's according to Jamie Schmidt, Vice President of Invest Core.

"We know where we're planning on putting twin homes, commercial property, apartment buildings. I don't know if anybody's really ever went to that extent that we are to master plan the whole development," Schmidt explains.

Silver Ranch will combine various residential and commercial properties.

Jamie says they hope to incorporate community anchors such as a school, retirement facility, fire station, community center or park, and possibly a YMCA on top of some big box stores.

Silver Ranch will be located in North East Bismarck off 43rd Avenue.

Invest Core is also working on two smaller development projects set to be finished by the end of 2019 or beginning of 2020.

Iron Range, out in Apple Creek golf course, will feature patio style, twin homes with no stairs.

This development will consist of 13 buildings and 26 units.

Prices are expected to start just above $380,000 per unit.

Invest Core's South Meadows Development is another with plans of being finished by the end of 2019.

South Meadows will be located on South Washington Street, south of Burleigh Avenue.

This development will feature 130 lots of twin-style patio homes as well as single family homes.

Prices are expected to start at $270,000.

Schmidt says both Iron Range and South Meadows should be finished by early next year, while Silver Ranch is a bigger endeavor that will take about 30 years depending on the economy.
