Williston to host 2019 North Dakota Downtown Conference

People from all over the state will be in Williston for the 2019 North Dakota Downtown Conference later this month.

It's on August 28 and 29. The last Summer Nights on Main event of the year is also on the 29, so attendees can go to that as well.

Daved Lundee, the Williston Downtowners Association Executive Director, says he's excited that Williston is hosting the conference, so people from eastern North Dakota can get a chance to see what Williston is like for themselves.

"They just don’t make it out to Williston very often. They might not have seen this town in a decade, and they might not have realized how incredible it's become," Lundeen said.

The public is welcome and there will be keynote speakers, informative breakout sessions, debates and more. Tickets are available on eventbrite.com.
