PORTLAND, Ore. — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Northeast Portland on Tuesday evening.
The crash occurred near Northeast 148th Avenue and Fremont Street. Traffic is closed on Northeast 148th Avenue from Sandy Boulevard to Fremont Street.
Portland police initially called the crash a hit-and-run. The driver was later located by police “and officers determined it is not a hit-and-run type crash,” police said in an updated press release.
