Weekend events in Cheyenne happening September 21 - 23.

Cheyenne Marathon – Sunday at 6 am. Marathon, Half-marathon, and 10-k race to benefit Reading is Key and After School for Kids (ASK). Registration is 1-5pm on Saturday at the Depot Plaza, there is not same-day registration!

Warm up & Charity Marathon – Saturday at Central starting at 8 am. The official warm-up run for the 2018 Cheyenne Marathon-- the only walk/run that provides 100% of the proceeds to the Laramie County School District #1 through grants to teachers! Sponsored by Cheyenne Schools Foundation.

Cheyenne Farmer’s Market – Saturday and only 3 more Saturdays after this week! Local and Regional vendors taking over 15th street downtown from 7 am to 1 pm.

Fall Rooted in Cheyenne Planting – Saturday at 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. For more information contact the Urban Forestry Division. An after party will be held at Danielmark’s Brewery from 5-7 pm.

LCCC 50th Anniversary – Saturday at the College campus from 10 am – 2 pm. Come explore the newly transformed campus. Free taco lunch, live music featuring the Change Agents, and events across the entire campus including many for children.

11th Annual CMNH Car Show & Chili Cook off – Saturday 9 am – 4 pm at Frontier Park. This is a family event that is supported by the community and volunteers to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network hospitals. Chili Cook-Off Teams compete for your votes to earn the title of Cheyenne's best chili. Vendors and crafts in the exhibit hall. Silent auctions and more. Free to the public to attend. Money raised supports Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and stays local with our Children's Hospital in Aurora Colorado.

Fall Home Show – Saturday and Sunday at Cheyenne Ice and Event Center. Free to attend, they will have a kidz zone as well. Vendor booths will include all of your fall home show needs. Ends on 6pm Saturday, 5pm on Sunday.

Oktoberfest – Saturday at the Archer Complex from Noon – 7 pm. Free to attend including fun for all ages. This fundraising event will include a car show, vendors, games, contests, food, raffles and more.

Robert Gagliardi Signing – The author of “The Border War” will be at Phoenix Books and Music at 1 pm. It’s free to attend. Gagliardi will discuss and sign his book about the football rivalry between CSU and UW.

Tour the Legend – Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Cost is $20 to take a tour of historic buildings of Cheyenne.

Brawlesque: Cheyenne Roller Derby – Saturday at 5:30 pm at Roller City. Pre-sale tickets at Ernie November are $10, $12 at the door. Help the group kick off our new season by attending the first double-header mixer of the year.

Drag Bingo – Saturday at 6 pm at Red Lion Inn. Join Wyoming Equality for a night of Drag Bingo. Doors will open at 6 pm and bingo will begin at 7 pm and end at 11 pm. There will be four games of bingo, entertainment and prizes/raffles.
