LOWMAN, Idaho — A 10-year-old boy is dead after a kayaking accident on the South Fork of the Payette River near Lowman.
The Ada County Coroner says Maximus Samuel Hansen of Boise was taken to the hospital on August 14, where he later died.
The coroner has ruled drowning as the cause of death.
The case is under investigation.
