The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is investigating a fatal crash at 59th Street and Blue Parkway.Police said the head-on crash involved a utility truck and a sedan, and one man was declared deceased at the scene. He has been identified as 24 year-old DeAndre A. Goodwin from Kansas City, Missouri. Two other men were taken to an area hospital, most recently listed in stable condition.Police are investigating which vehicle crossed the center line.
